The U K Sinha Show: Part 2

This week we spent an hour with SEBI Chairman U K Sinha and in the first part of the interview (video available on this website) I asked him about the Delhi factor ie. political interference in the functioning of the regulator. But political interference was just one topic. We also spoke about pending regulation, governance standards in India Inc and insider trading. Menaka Doshi asked U K Sinha why India has not one successful case of criminal prosecution of insider trading?
